ReviewLift הוא כלי תוכנה (SaaS) בשירות עצמי לניהול ביקורות גוגל: מעקב אוטומטי אחר ביקורות חדשות, ניסוח טיוטות מענה מבוססות AI, התראות ודוחות. המערכת לא מפרסמת דבר בעצמה - כל מענה מתפרסם רק לאחר שאת מאשרת ומפרסמת אותו בפרופיל שלך.
הכלי מסייע לנהל ביקורות, אבל אינו יכול להסיר ביקורות, לשנות דירוגים, או להבטיח תוצאה עסקית מסוימת. גוגל היא צד שלישי שאין לנו שליטה עליו.

הכלי מסופק "כמות שהוא". באחריות המרבית המותרת בחוק, ReviewLift לא תישא בנזקים עקיפים או תוצאתיים, ואחריותה הכוללת מוגבלת לסכום ששילמת ב-3 החודשים האחרונים.

ReviewLift is a self-serve SaaS tool: it monitors your Google reviews, drafts AI-assisted replies, and sends alerts and reports. Nothing is ever published automatically - you approve and publish every reply yourself, and you are responsible for what you publish. Plans include a 14-day free trial (card required; you are charged only if you do not cancel before the trial ends), and you can cancel anytime by email. Payments are processed by Creem (merchant of record) in USD. The Express one-off plan carries a full refund guarantee if drafts are not delivered within 24 hours or if you are not satisfied. The tool cannot remove reviews or guarantee ratings. The service is provided "as is", liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the last 3 months, and Israeli law applies.
